Refund policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how WC Product Limited (“Westmoreland Cosmetics”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes returns and refunds when you, the customer, purchase from our website.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Returns and Refunds Policy.

Faulty goods:

If your item is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. After this time, you may still be entitled to a replacement, or partial refund under UK consumer law.

To request a refund, please contact us within the 30 days stated above at customerservice@westmorelandcosmetics.com.

We may request photos and / or products to be returned to us before a refund can be arranged.

Non-returnable items:

Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics (including nail and beauty products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

We also do not accept returns or refunds for:

·        Change of mind or unwanted gifts

·        Colour or shade differences

·        Suitability

·        Accidental or duplicate orders

EU customer withdrawal request

If you are purchasing from an EU country, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by using our dedicated withdrawal request button on our website, located at the bottom of this page. Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Please note:

·       Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging

·       Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics (including nail and beauty products) cannot be returned unless faulty

·       Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs charges, duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred in returning goods to us

·       We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us

·       Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return shipment, using the original payment method
