Refund policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how WC Product Limited (“Westmoreland Cosmetics”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes returns and refunds when you, the customer, purchase from our website.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Returns and Refunds Policy.
Faulty goods:
If your item is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. After this time, you may still be entitled to a replacement, or partial refund under UK consumer law.
To request a refund, please contact us within the 30 days stated above at customerservice@westmorelandcosmetics.com.
We may request photos and / or products to be returned to us before a refund can be arranged.
Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics (including nail and beauty products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for:
· Change of mind or unwanted gifts
· Colour or shade differences
· Suitability
· Accidental or duplicate orders
