Shipping policy

This Delivery and Shipping Policy covers all aspects of dispatch, delivery and restrictions of WC Product Limited ("Westmoreland Cosmetics", "we", "us", "our").

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Delivery and Shipping Policy.

Delivery and shipping locations:

·        UK and EU (mainland) only

·        We do not currently offer international shipping

Processing times and cut-offs:

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 4.00pm will be processed the next working day.

Promotional periods and Christmas:

During Promotional periods and Christmas, unusually high order volumes may result in delays to dispatch and delivery.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to process and dispatch all orders promptly, delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed during this time, even where such services have been selected and paid for.

Delivery options and charges:

UK delivery:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) £3.99: Estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / DHL Next Day) from £4.99: Estimated 1-2 working days from dispatch. Orders must be placed before 12.00pm to qualify for same‑day dispatch. Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Courier Delivery (DHL Next Day) from £7.99: Guaranteed next working day. Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout. This service may be disabled during seasonal periods.

Separate terms will be stated under the Delivery and Shipping Policy for seasonal and promotional periods (where applicable).

EU delivery:

Standard Delivery (The Delivery Group – TDG): Estimated 3-12 working days depending on country. There is a standard 4% handling fee added at checkout.

Taxes vary by country and will be calculated and added at checkout based on delivery address.

Delivery partners:

We use Royal Mail and DHL for our UK deliveries and TDG for EU deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking details (where available).

Safe place deliveries:

If you request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for the goods once delivered. We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage thereafter.

Delays and compensation:

Delivery times are estimations only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.

Compensation for lost parcels is limited to the amount recoverable from the courier (for example, Royal Mail compensation is typically capped at £50).

Risk:

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to the address provided or to a safe place / recipient designated by you, the customer.

Restrictions:

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Business closure dates 2026 (Public Holidays):

·        1^st January (Thursday) – New Year's Day

·        3^rd April (Friday) – Good Friday

·        6^th April (Monday) – Easter Monday

·        4^th May (Monday) – Early May Bank Holiday

·        25^th May (Monday) – Spring Bank Holiday

·        31^st August (Monday) – Summer Bank Holiday

·        25^th December (Friday) – Christmas Day

·        28^th December (Monday) – Boxing Day (substitute day)
