These Terms of Service set out the terms governing the operations of WC Product Limited (“Westmoreland Cosmetics”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including the use of our website, products and all associated services.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility:
· You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
· You agree that all information you provide (including billing, shipping and account details) is accurate and up to date
· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account
Products:
We try to display product information, including colours and packaging, as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary depending on your device or settings. We may discontinue or change products at any time.
Orders:
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email.
Payment must be received and authorised before your order is accepted.
Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Prices and payment:
Prices may change at any time. All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude additional costs such as delivery and handling fees, which will be added at checkout. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price you will be charged. You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment details and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Promotions and discount codes:
From time to time, we may issue promotional codes, discounts or offers. Each will have its own terms, which will be made clear at the time of issue.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be applied to sale or discounted items unless specified. Promotional codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may be cancelled or withdrawn at any time in cases of fraud, misuse or technical error.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Westmoreland Cosmetics promotion (“Promotion”) running from Friday 3rd April 2026 at 6am until Friday 24th April 2026 at 11.59pm (local time). By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms.
Promotion Period:
Orders placed outside of the Promotion period will not qualify for the promotional discount. Exclusions apply.
Promotion eligibility:
The Promotion is open to all customers purchasing through the official Westmoreland Cosmetics website. Westmoreland Cosmetics employees, affiliates or partners may be excluded from participation at the company’s discretion.
Discount details:
Promotion eligible products:
· Buy 2 Vanilla Gloss Polishes for £24 (regular price £32)
· Buy 2 Vanilla Gloss Gel Colours for £37 (regular price £50)
· Polishes and gels cannot be mixed and matched i.e. 2 polish colours OR 2 gel colours have to be purchased together to receive the saving
· All customers will receive a complimentary Cosmetic Bag on orders over £50
Promotion exclusions:
· Vanilla Gloss Collection: Glass Polish bundle
· Vanilla Gloss Collection: Glass Gel bundle
· Small and large shopper bags, e-gift cards, subscriptions or any products outside the eligible products outlined above
· Standard postage fees apply and are not subject to any discount
· Discount will be automatically applied at checkout or reflected in the listed promotional price
Promotion order conditions:
· Promotion is valid while stocks last
· No price adjustments will be made for orders placed before or after the Promotion period
· The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, offers or promotions (other than outlined above in eligible products)
· During the Promotion period, unusually high order volumes may result in delays to dispatch and delivery. While we will use reasonable endeavours to process and send all orders promptly, delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed during this time, even where such services have been selected and paid for
Promotion returns and exchanges:
All returns and exchanges are subject to the standard Westmoreland Cosmetics Returns Policy. If items purchased under the Promotion are returned, any refund will reflect the discounted purchase price not the original full price.
Promotion changes and termination:
Westmoreland Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control, including technical issues, fraud or other factors that affect the integrity of the Promotion.
Promotion limitation of liability:
Westmoreland Cosmetics is not responsible for:
· Technical failures, website outages, payment errors, or delays
· Misuse or misinterpretation of the Promotion
· Any losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion, to the fullest

E-gift cards:
The e-gift card issued by Westmoreland Cosmetics may be used only for purchases made on www.westmorelandcosmetics.com.
Redemption: e-gift cards may be redeemed for eligible products offered by Westmoreland Cosmetics. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. To redeem online, enter the unique e-gift card code at checkout.
Delivery: e-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase or on a specified date (this can be selected at checkout). We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses supplied by the purchaser.
Value and balance: e-gift cards are available in predetermined amounts as stated at checkout. Remaining balances can be reviewed by:
· Following the link in your original e-gift card email
· Entering the gift card code at checkout
· Contacting customer services at customerservice@westmorelandcosmetics.com
Expiration: e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Returns and refunds: e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Products purchased with an e-gift card are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Refunds for returned items will be issued back to the original e-gift card. If order payment was split between an e-gift card and another payment method, we will refund each part back to its original source.
Lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards: e-gift cards will not be replaced or refunded unless proof of purchase can be verified and the card has not been redeemed.
Fraud and misuse: we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend e-gift cards if evidence of fraud, abuse or illegal activity is detected.
Limitations: e-gift cards cannot be reloaded and are not for resale.
Website subscriptions:
Our subscription service automatically renews and delivers products every month at a discount of 20% (excluding delivery charges and other fees if applicable). Only certain products are offered under this service; exclusions include our Cosmetic Bag, Shopper Bags, e-gift cards and delivery service options. The 20% discount is applied to the full retail price (and excludes any promotional retail prices).
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method for recurring subscriptions. Product prices may change from time to time (increase or decrease). Pricing is notified in your reminder email, which is sent before each replenishment order.
Payment is processed on the same re-order date every month, with the subscription discount applied. We aim to dispatch your replenishment order within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will receive email confirmation that payment has been processed, and your order has been despatched. If your replenishment order date lands at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, dispatch will move to the next working day.
Our minimum subscription term is 3-months. Order frequency, quantity, delivery date and cancellations can only be changed 3-months after the initial subscription date. Subscriptions cannot be paused at any time and instead will need to be cancelled (after the fixed 3-month term). Delivery is strictly to the same address every month. If you need to amend the delivery address, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@westmorelandcosmetics.com and detail reason for change. We cannot amend the delivery address more than twice in a 12-month period.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation and termination can only be made after the initial 3-month fixed term. You can cancel your subscription service either via your account or by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@westmorelandcosmetics.com. Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing / delivery cycle. You must cancel 14 days before your next renewal date.
Your subscription will automatically be cancelled if payment cannot be taken 7 days after your re-order replenishment date or if the subscription has been cancelled.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for non-payment, fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property:
All trademarks, text, graphics, images, product names, logos and other content on our Services belong to us.
You may use our Services for personal and non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.
Third-party tools and links:
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their use. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before engaging with them.
Feedback and reviews:
If you submit feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. You confirm that we own or have the right to share this content. We may remove feedback that is unlawful or inappropriate.
Prohibited uses:
· For unlawful purposes
· To infringe intellectual property rights
· To harass, defame or harm others
· To spread viruses or malicious code
· To interfere with the security or operation of our website
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
Warranties and liability:
Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
Changes to the services and errors:
We may update or change our Services, products and prices at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies, including after you have placed an order.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, industrial action, accidents, fire, flooding, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions or failure of telecommunications or transport networks.
Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you where required by law. The latest version will always be available on our website.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
